It bears a special cancel honoring → JAN SZCZEPANIK, Polish inventor, issued on the occasion of virtual philatelic exhibition, held (under the auspices of PZF [Polski Związek Filatelistów]) in Tarnów, where Szczepanik lived most of his active life.
