Business stationery (cover) used by FRANK SCOBIE Photographer in Sleepy Eye (Minnesota, USA). Herbert Frank Scobie (1875 – 1947) was a photographer. He bought a Bangs studio in 1901 which he has since operated. His activity included also landscape and local events photography, with the most dramatic phenomenon that was severe blizzard of 1909 when snow accumulated on rails blocked trains and forced passengers to leave them and seek place to spend some time in the city.
