Business stationery (cover, with military censorship marks used during WW I) used by the company Instruments de Précision JULES RICHARD (branch in Switzerland). The letter was addressed to the headquarters in Paris (France). JULES RICHARD (1848 – 1930), manufacturer of stereoscopic cameras (e.g. Vérascope and Glyphoscope), and various scientific instruments. In 1923 he founded private Technical College in Paris (Lycée Technologique privé), where trained were also future workers for his factory.
