Business stationery (cover of a registered letter) used by the company J. HAUFF & Co., G.m.b.H. in Feuerbach (Germany), chemical factory manufacturing photographic materials – papers, films, chemicals. It was founded in 1891. In 1948 the company moved to Vaihingen, and in 1955 was absorbed by Agfa.
The stamps used are “perfins” i.e. stamps bearing small round holes punched to form pattern of an acronym of the company’s name “J. H.” for Julius Hauff.
