Postcard (viewcard, back of), showing view of hotel “Russia” in Leningrad (Soviet Union), used by professor Witold Romer to send greetings to his close friend and co-worker Lucjusz Engel. Mr. Engel, skilled mechanical engineer, used to run for about 40 years Katedra Fototechniki’s mechanical workshop that was realizing all devices designed by the scientists.
