Business cover used by the studio BURNELL The Photographer in Sarasota (Florida, USA). The studio was opened by W. EARL BURNELL (1880 – 1961) whom, to improve his health, doctors had earlier prescribed two-month stay in Florida and where he moved with his family in 1934. Burnell soon developed the studio into well-known and esteemed one. He is referred to as the one “whose photographs of Sarasota helped put the city on the map”.
