Stamp honoring FÈLIX PEIG BALLART (1917 – 2007), unofficial Andorran photographer for 30 years. It shows reproduction of a photograph taken in 1967 during official visit of General Charles de Gaulle as Coprince in Andorra. Mr. Ballart, in his photojournalist’s life has made over 60 thousand negatives depicting political life in Andorra in the years 1953 – 1983.
