Special cover issued to commemorate the National Stamp Exhibition DDR 1997 (Nationale Briefmarken Ausstellung DDR 1997) that was held in Dresden (Germany) in August 1979. The cover bears a postage stamp issued to honor the event, a “DDR 1979” label showing locomotive proving, with the red gum stamp, that the cover was transported by narrow-gauge railway at the Radebeul - Radeburg distance on 19 August 1979. The left-hand cachet shows various industrial achievements that realized were in DDR and, among them, presented are images of two SLR cameras.
