Stamp commemorating “20th Heroic Guerillas Day”. It shows reproduction of a stamp of 1968 (Scott no. 1364) and a 5 pesos coin, both with reproductions of an iconic photograph of revolutionary hero Ernesto “Che” Guevara. The photograph was taken on 5th March 1960 by Cuban photographer ALBERTO KORDA (real name Alberto Diaz Gutierrez [1928 – 2001]) at Havana cemetery during funeral services for victims of explosion at the ship “La Coubre”.
