Cover (front part of) addressed to JULES RICHARD (1848 – 1930) “Instruments de Précision” in Paris (France), manufacturer of stereoscopic cameras (e.g. Vérascope and Glyphoscope), and various scientific instruments. In 1923 he founded private Technical College in Paris (Lycée Technologique privé), where trained were also future workers for his factory.
