Stamp (single) issued to celebrate the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Cuba and Ukraine. The stamps design was based on a photograph taken by LIBORIO NOVAL (1934 – 2012), Cuban photographer “considered one of the most notable photographers of the revolutionary epic on the island”.
N.B. That’s probably the first ever case of mentioning full name of a photographer on a Cuban stamp.
