The VEB Fotokinoverlag was a book and magazine publisher in the GDR that existed from 1957 to 1991 and mainly published special literature for photography and filmmaking. It emerged from the Wilhelm Knapp Verlag, which had been founded in 1838 and published books and magazines from 1887.
