Business stationery (cover, with relevant red meter) used by the company FRANKA-WERK in Bayreuth (Germany), manufacturer of cameras. The company was founded in 1910 by the couple Franz and Leoni Vyskocil, initially in Stuttgart (Germany), and soon after was based, with changed name, in
Bayreuth. Production program included plate- and rollfilm cameras and, from 1954, also 35 mm cameras (e.g. Franka-matic, Frankarette). The company ceased operation in 1966.
The red meter shows one of Franka models.
