Stamp (I), of a 9-stamp set issued in form of a sheet, honoring ALBERT EINSTEIN (1879 – 1955) , German-born American theoretical physicist as a “Man of the century”. The design of the stamp (side-turned image) was based on a photographic portrait taken in 1948 by Canadian portrait photographer YOUSUF KARSH (1908 – 2002).
