Business stationery (cover) used by the company Fabrik Fotochemischer Erzeugnisse OPTA [Photochemical products factory OPTA] in Bromberg (Bydgoszcz, Poland). It was Polish Photographic Plate Factory ALFA [Fabryka Płyt Fotograficznych ALFA], seized during German occupation of World War II (1939 - 1945) and named OPTA. The cover was used later, in 1948, to propagate forced unification of political parties KPD and SPD in GDR (German Democratic Republic) that formed the ruling party SED.
