Business stationery (cover) used by the company NOTMAN & CAMPBELL Photographers in Boston (USA). The company was established by William Notman (1826 – 1891) and Thomas Campbell. Besides Notman’s basic photographic business that were realized in Canada (studios in Montreal, Halifax, Ottawa, Toronto), he opened in 1877 studio also in Boston, with his younger brother James, and his friend from Montreal – Thomas Campbell as junior partners. Of the 19 permanent and seasonal studios in New England, this one was longest-running of all.
