It was dated 3 September 1987 and was sent from Technological Center Foundation [Fundação Centro Technológico de Minas Gerais - CETEC] to Dr. Czesław Mora, scientist in Technical University of Wroclaw (Poland). The request was for an article "The lith Process. The problem of the Light-sensitive material quality and its measurement".
