Postcard (viewcard) presenting photograph of private Technical College in Paris (Lycée Technologique privé) founded in 1923 by JULES RICHARD (1848 – 1930), manufacturer of stereoscopic cameras (e.g. Vérascope and Glyphoscope), and various scientific instruments. In the college trained were also future workers for his factory.
