The invoice was sent to the addressee in folded form, without cover, with small stamped address card stuck to the document. The revenue stamp used is a “perfin” i.e. stamp bearing small round holes punched to form pattern of the company name’s acronym “IL”, and was cancelled with provisional cancel.
